The Creators of the business, Jenny Andrews and Jessica Alcott, met in a Jewelry class in high-school and have shared
the passion for creation since.
Nerwen.Nessa Designs originated from their shared love for Quenya, the elven
language created by their favourite author, J.R.R. Tolkien. Nerwen, meaning Jenny in elvish, and Nessa, meaning Jessica in
elvish.
Their Jewelry has a funky and sophisticated edge, and they compose the same attitude towards their greeting cards; mostly
made up of faeries and the like.
Their faerie love was inspired by the many fantasy artists of Canada and Europe, especially those of the United Kingdom.
Their goal is to open up their own store in the next 2 years.
